JJC Supports the First 10,000-Meter Deep Well Project: Exceptional Equipment and Services Ensure Operational Safety

    JJC has provided a range of advanced drilling equipment, including intelligent iron roughnecks, hydraulic power units, and mechanical seal washpipes, for China's first 10,000-meter deep well project. Since their installation in June 2023, these systems have operated stably for 18 months. The company dispatched a dedicated maintenance technical team to the site, ensuring the equipment's efficient and safe operation throughout the project. Among these, the mechanical seal washpipe, with its exceptional sealing performance, has effectively prevented accidents, demonstrating superior quality and reliability in critical applications and earning high recognition from the client.

JJC's Tripro® System Contributes to the Early Completion of Lutanyi-1 Well by 111 Days

    In the Lutanyi-1 Well project, JJC successfully tackled the extreme conditions of the Turpan Basin, demonstrating exceptional handling capabilities and operational efficiency, thanks to the superior performance of the Tripro® system and the high-quality service provided by its technical team. In March 2024, the system was smoothly installed amidst scorching heat and strong winds. After officially commencing operations in May, it consistently maintained stable performance despite facing 70-degree Celsius temperatures and level 7 gales, becoming the first to achieve unmanned operations on the drill floor. The operational efficiency increased from 14 stands per hour to 26 stands, ultimately completing the drilling 111 days ahead of schedule. This achievement earned high recognition from the client, solidifying the system's role as a critical enabler of enhanced quality and efficiency in oil and gas drilling operations.

Chuanke-1 Well: JJC's Mechanical Seal Washpipe Technological Breakthrough Surpasses Industry Standards

    Since the installation of our 4-inch mechanical seal washpipe at Chuanke-1 Well in November 2023, it has operated stably for 13 months, with full support from our Southwest Service Station throughout the period. Under high-pressure conditions of 45 MPa, the washpipe has demonstrated exceptional sealing performance and stability, successfully overcoming high-pressure challenges and far surpassing comparable products. It has become the most influential equipment in the eyes of our users.
